Fausto Todini one who shapes the identity of Umbria Restaurant coordinates and supervises the operations of the kitchen staff, gives instructions for the correct preparation of the dishes in the various stages of cooking, composition and decoration of the dish.

The Chef offers a journey rich in professional experiences and abroad (Vienna, Israel and the Netherlands) and in Italy; during his career he was invited to participate in important television programs and Cooking Show as creator and performer of new recipes are always looking for new culinary ideas.
